I ordered from Tripp NYC and had to reach out to customer service because I wasn’t getting a shipping update. They did get back to me, but it took a couple days and I had to follow up first. Once they replied, they were nice and got the issue sorted, so that was good. I just wish they were a little quicker with responses. Not a terrible experience, but not amazing either...

I had a pair of pants picked out and was ready to buy them. I went through the usual steps, added them to my cart, and figured I was basically done. Then I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost, and it kind of stopped me in my tracks. I understand shipping isn’t always free, but this was high enough that the whole order suddenly didn’t feel worth it anymore. I sat there for a minute debating it, but in the end I just closed the page. I wish the shipping cost had been shown earlier, or at least been a bit more reasonable.

I’ve ordered a couple pairs of pants from trippnyc.com, and I genuinely feel like the price is fair for what you’re getting. They’re definitely not the cheapest pants out there, but they don’t feel cheap either, which matters to me.

The material is thick, the hardware and details don’t feel like they’re going to fall apart, and mine have held up even after wearing them a lot. I appreciate when a brand charges a decent price and actually delivers instead of just cashing in on the look.

Shipping was totally fine too, nothing dramatic or annoying. For the style, quality, and how long they seem to last, I’d say they’re worth the money, and it feels like a honest deal.

I do like the clothes, and that’s the main reason I keep browsing. The website isn’t awful or anything, so I’m not trying to make it sound worse than it is, but it can be kind of annoying sometimes. Pages loaded fine for me, but filtering by size and style felt clunky, and I had to backtrack a few times to find items again. Checkout was smooth, though. Overall, it’s not a bad experience, just not as easy as it could be.

The description was spot on, honestly. I kept wondering if I was missing something or being too quick to trust it, but nope, everything matched perfectly and there were no surprises at all.

It looked really cool when I first got it, but the stitching started coming loose way faster than I expected. Just a heads up if you’re thinking about buying it — it might not hold up well with regular use.

I really wanted to like these because they looked nice in the photos, and I figured for the price they’d at least feel decent. But once I put them on, the material felt rough and kind of plasticky against my skin. They also had that stiff, swishy sound when I walked, which made them feel even cheaper. Maybe I’m picky about comfort, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect better fabric at this price. I wouldn’t buy them again

I ordered a pair of pants from Tripp NYC and, the sizing was pretty much what I expected. I did check the size chart first, which definitely helped a lot. The waist fit really well, and the length was, like, just a tiny bit long, but that’s normal for me anyway. Not totally perfect, but close enough that I didn’t feel the need to return them. I’d give them 4 stars

The designs look really good overall!! They do feel a little busy in some places, but I still like the look.

I had to return my order and, i figured the refund would take ages... but it came back way faster than I thought. Customer service got back to me just fine too. No real hassle or anything, so yeah, I’m happy with how it was handled.

Trying to return my order was way more annoying than it needed to be. The instructions were confusing. Like, not impossible, but just unclear enough that I kept second-guessing what I was supposed to do. Then waiting for an actual helpful response took forever. By the time I finally figured it out, I was already stressed. And then I still had to pay for return shipping. Just not worth the hassle, honestly.

Just a heads up, it looked darker in person than it did in the pictures. Not a huge deal, but if you're trying to match a specific color, I’d be careful and maybe double-check before ordering.

I actually really liked the pants, but trying to exchange them for a different size took WAY longer than I expected. It did get sorted out in the end, but the whole process was kind of annoying and not very smooth...

This fits really comfortably and feels easy to wear. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something comfy for everyday use.

I feel like every time I check, nothing is ever available. It’s frustrating having to keep waiting and checking back, only to be disappointed again. I really wish they’d do a better job keeping things in stock or at least giving clearer updates.

Shipping was super fast. I didn’t run into any issues at all, and it showed up before I thought it would, which was a nice surprise.

I ordered from outside the US the shipping felt like it took forever. The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on most of the time, and then extra fees popped up that I wasn’t expecting. It really felt like the goalposts kept moving, first I was waiting on shipping, then waiting on tracking, then suddenly paying more just to get my order. Customer service took ages to respond too. I do love the clothes, but I don’t think I’d go through this hassle again

The zippers and buckles feel solid so far. One of the snaps was a little stiff at first, but it loosened up a bit after trying it a few times. Reading between the lines, it seems like the hardware is built to last, even if it needs a tiny bit of breaking in.
